Hi stat lovers, long time no see B) here's the updated list of April filers as of Oct 31st.... last time was Aug 31st :blink:

So far, in total,

52 (+2) AP approvals, 79 (+13) EAD approvals, 53 (+3) transfers, 31 (+14) interview date and....

52 (+14) GC approvals out of 118 (+2) filers :dance:

(+X) shows the difference from the last update.

Legend:

E --- EAD approved, A --- AP approved, Pink --- case transferred, Blue --- interview date fixed, Red --- GC approved

EAD, Interview notice and GC shows great improvement :thumbs: I can see lots of interviews coming in this month. We'll see more approvals! :dance:

Called UCIS today, and they told me I could not do a service request, because they have an additional thirty days to process the paperwork. I'm just going to keep calling, and maybe, just maybe, I will be a winner one of the these days. Good Luck to all!!!!!!

I called USCIS today to clarify my AP paperwork. I'm such a worry wort that I fear that they won't let me back in the US after my trip. But luckily the Officer I spoke to was very helpful and truly eased my concerns.

Our paperwork is still at CSC and he said that they're still processing applications from late last year?!?!

The wait continues...

Exactly what it is! You should be glad, they're looking over your stuff in advance rather than waiting til you get there.

Yes, this is good. The officer of our interview knew about how we met and where my husband work...it make more easy when he just ask for us to confirm some information. ...Don't worry, you will be fine! ;)

We have all the documents ready for tomorrow, 2 huge folders and 2 photo albums. Now we just need to go over G-325A again and make sure we remember all the dates! I am pretty stressed out, it just hit me like an hour ago.

We had our interview today, it lasted 30-40 min. The wait was the worst, we got there 45 min before our appointment time and had to wait 90 min for my name to be called.

Our officer was very nice; he made us feel very comfortable. He asked my husband (USC) most of the questions, like: when did we get married and then how we met (he had to tell him the whole story of our relationship), my birthday, do we have children, where did we get married, where the reception was held, who lives in our house. He asked me some of the questions from I-485 (if I ever voted – he asked me that twice, left the country, was a communist, just the standard questions). Then he asked if we had any documents showing that we lived together, we showed him our lease, bank statements, credit card, car and rental insurance, phone family plan etc. He also asked if we had any pictures, we gave him 2 photo albums; he chose about 10 pictures of us (most of them with other people) and attached to our file.

He left the room for a minute to copy our IDs, passport and some other stuff, then said that he will recommend our application for approval, but the final decision will be made by his supervisor and I should get my card within a month. He also explained removal of condition after 2 years.

He never asked for my EAD, didn’t take I-94 from my passport, never asked for any info about my husband’s job.

Now the waiting continues… :clock:
