Hi All!

Congratulations on all the approvals, interview dates, and all other good news. I have been a bit MIA lately kinda just hanging out in th OT area. I don't have any news on my case, looks like I will be missing my family reunion this Christmas (the first one in 15 years).

With my Hubby being a real estate investor and the economy the way it is, its been a challenge for us as well

So trying not to get to down about it all, I am sure its just the darkest before dawn.

So, I get home and check the mail and there is a letter from USCIS. The first part of the letter says "The office is unable to complete the processing of your form." I was about to die when I decided to read the whole thing. It basically is in response to my Service Request (When I did the INFOPASS on Wednesday they put it in for ALL my applications including 485) which basically said that they have 90 days to respond HOWEVER the application has been assigned for review.

Someone is dusting of my paperwork and taking a look. I will be getting my interview letter very soon

Yesterday we were able to add her to my bank account and get her a Texas ID. Was able to use EAD card as an official government photo ID. Small steps towards the interview. I hope within the next month we will hear something on the AOS. Good Luck to all!!!!!
