I hope it will come soon, though I am not in urgent need for it, as when I go to the interviews, nobody has ever asked me about the GC, only if I can legally work, but, of course, I would be more than happy to get my GC :yes: and forget USCIS for a while :whistle: And their system doesn't surprise me anymore, as you can forget that they process the applications in order they receive them :angry::( But let's hope my file is already on sb's desk :unsure:

GC came in the mail yesterday! YAY :) Can my husband really leave the country to visit his parents now?? I'm scared to go on vacation and not be able to bring him back after all this work. :x

I'm done. No problems, except with social security administration. Now...it's good having the green card, but it's only about 1.5 years' peace. What do I mean by peace? I mean there was so much uncertainty about the process it causes fear. In the attempt to gain freedom the whole process is the ultimate duress.

Hi guys.... just an update...my husband got an email ...green card ordered last July 29... can't wait to see the card.. :dance::star: but he's having a bad luck to find a job. :crying: Hope that this greencard will give him a good luck :star:

I received the EAD approval e-mail 33 days after they sent me an e-mail that said the case processing was resumed, which was like 4 days after I sent it son it took 37 days to hear good news, you can have an idea, hopefully yours will take less time!!

Btw I was talking about my RFE
