NOTE: If this has already been posted, well... I looked to see if it was here, but I couldn't find it.

This is a long article, so instead of doing the whole "copy-and-paste" thing here, I'll just link you all to it and let you read it on the website itself. Here's the link: Dangerous Mobile Phones.

Personally, I'd much prefer this to be a false alarm. I like using my cell phone, but I could use it less too. I don't use it that much right now as it is. Most of the time it's turned off, since I'm usually in places where I'd consider it rude to have it "go off." I rarely feel my cell phone vibrate and having both the ringer and vibration functions turned off (but the phone still on) seems worthless -- I'll still miss the call, so why bother?

I know I can't use my cell phone when out to dinner. My wife hates that. She gets annoyed if it's even turned on when we're out to eat. So I leave it off. I do turn it off when at the movies (I hate it when some jackass decides to get phone calls in the middle of the film) and basically, I use it for emergencies or when I have to call someone and I'm not home.
