SHE CAME JULY 07. WE MARRIED . SENT FOR TRAVEL, WORK, AND ADJUST STATUS ALL AT ONCE AFTER MARRIAGE. SHE GOT HER TRAVEL DOCS, WORK CARD, SSN, CALIFORNIA DRIVERS LICENSE, WE WENT TO OUR FIRST INTERVIEW TOGETHER JAN 31 08 AND ALL WENT WELL. BUT THE OFFICER POINTED OUT ALL THAT SHE NEEDED ONE SHOT. WE WENT THE NEXT DAY AND GOT THE SHOT AT CIVIL SERGON. CERTIFIED THE ENVELOPE AND SENT IT BACK TO SACRAMENTO U.S.C.I.S. FEB 1 08. FEB 5 08 WE GOT THE RECIEPT FROM THE MAIL MAN S SIGHNED FOR OUR LETTER. BUT SINCE THEN WE HAVENT HERD ANYTHING NO TOUCHES NO NOTHING... IS THIS NORMAL ?? IM GETTING A LITTLE WORIED.. YES I CALLED USCIS BUT AS YOU KNOW WE HERE ARE ALL SMARTER THEN THEM. YOU KNOW ( WHY DONT YOU TRY BACK IN A COUPLE WEEKS) ITS ALMOST BEEN 2 MONTHS SINCE THEY RECIVED THE SHOT DOCUMENTS .... WHAT TO DO ANYBODY ?????? THANKS IN ADVANCE KERRY

It is always a waiting game, give it a few weeks and then schedule an info pass to find out what is going on. Was the result of interview approval pending the vaccination?

This is not a K-1 visa question, you already have the K-1, and are adjusting status, this post belongs in the Adjustment of Status forum.

Also is the caps-lock key stuck on your computer? Why all the capital letters? It looks like you are SHOUTING.

Yes the result was pending approval . his exact words was after the shot he can close our case ?? Then he lookes through our photos for 5 more minutes as to be amazed lol..

Sorry about posting in the wrong catagory and Sorry about the caps I dont know where my Glasses are .. just cant see good. Is this time limit normal Dan or I guess every case differs ??... Ill make the info pass in a week or 2. thanks
