HELLO ALL VJ'S MEMEBERS,I WANT TO APPRECIATE YOU ALL WHO HAS TAKEN PRECIOUS TIME TO READ MY POST AND ALL THEIR VALUABALE SUGGESTION,MAY GOD BLESS YOUALL.

PLEASE MY QUESTION IS ON THE AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT.

MY USC FIANCE WAS WORKING BEFORE DECEMBER 2005 WITH AN ANNUALLY INCOME OF 25K PLUS,

BUT LOST HER JOB TILL APRIL 206, SHE BEING UNEMPLOYED SINCE APRIL 2006 ,BUT SHE GOT A NEW JOB OF 27K ANUALLY

AND SHE IS TO START THE JOB ON 24TH MAY 2006 AND MY K-1 INTERVIEW IS ON THE 25TH MAY 2006.

CAN SHE ALONE, STAND FOR ME AS THE ONLY SPONSOR, WITHOUT A CO-SPONSOR?

CAN HER NEW EMPLOYMENT SATISFY THE CO AT THE LAGOS U.S EMBASSY, FOR FIANCIALLY ADEQUECY?

PLEASE I WANT TO APPRECIATE ANY VALAUBLE SUGGESTION AND REPLY TO THIS QUESTION,THANK YOU

FOR YOUR AUDIENCE.

OR DOES SHE NEED A CO SPONSOR

I would get a joint sponsor. Also have a read of the pinned thread HERE in the Foreign Embassy Forum and remember that the I-134 is only one thing that a conof will look at to make a decision on the public charge issue.
