Hello all,

I have been looking at approvals on this site and another, and have noticed that when I-130 is filed, and then we send the I-129F for a K3 visa, usually about 60 - 70 days later both petitions are approved.

I know they have been processing both petitions at once, em I seeing this information correctly. So maybe our petitions will be approved with the nect 30 days?????

Good luck to everyone, and soon I hope I can post that we have been approved.

I haven't seen any I-129F approvals from Vermont for a while,it looks like what u said can only be associated with CSC.

Jeca,

I was hoping, this process is grueling. Thank you again for your help. But I do know of 2 VSC which did approve within 65 days of receiving I-129F for K3 on another site within the past 2 weeks. So they must be alive, but they need to be kickin a bit more.

Best of Luck.

If there are approvals of I-129F then those are really good news!It gives me hope, too.In fact I did see one getting approved, here on VJ and the petitions were filed in January-February.There was a discussion before about that particular case somewhere on this forum.

If I see anymore on other website forum , I will be sure to let you know, our filing times are about 1 week apart, if I get approved in next 30 days, you will hear me all the way on the other side of Houston.

I wish and pray for the very best and fastest processing of VSC for all of us.

Hey I'll be screaming with joy too from England if any of my petitions get approved. My wife and I sent in the I-130 in Sept 07 and got the NOA-1 at the end of December. We then put in for the I-129f to get a K-3 and have a NOA-1 date of Jan 18th for that one. So I'll be watching carefully to see if there is any movement on any of our parts. Vermont seems to be crazy slow right now, hopefully they'll sort it out real soon. Good luck to you all.

Dave,

Do you look at the Proceswsing charts on this site? Im not sure what to make of them for VSC.

I-130 NOA#1 to NOA #2 takes 65 days??

I-129F NOA #1 to NOA #2 158 days roughly???

But from what I see when VSC received the I-129F for a K3 Visa "like ours" Ive seen cases processed within 65 days, approval I mean, I saw a couple approvals on another site, My fingers are crossed so tightly, Im losing feeling in them, ha ha.

I truly want to be in Paris in early June, better not hold my breath on that one.

Keep in touch,

well i've been waiting over 250 days, soooooooo.

if you received an approval in 30 days, I would be very happy for you, but also a little angry to be quite honest.

what's going on at Vermont is beyond belief, and makes no sense.

these service centers are F$#%ED

good luck on your journey.
