hello, i understand i need to file I-130 seperately for each of my parents but i need to confirm what documents i need to submit with the forms.

for my mom -

6. A mother: Submit a copy of your birth certificate showing your name and your mother's name.

is that it - just my birth certificate? what about her birth certificate (i've read on other thread that this was needed also) what about her marriage certificate with my father?

for my father -

7. A father: Submit a copy of your birth certificate showing the names of both parents. Also give a copy of your parents' marriage certificate establishing that your father was married to your mother before you were born, and copies of documents showing that any prior marriages of either your father or mother were legally terminated. If you are filing for a stepparent or adoptive parent, or if you are filing for your father and were not legitimated before your 18th birthday, also see 4, 8, and 9.

again, my birth certificate(1) and copy of parents marriage certificate(2)

so to summarize,

for my mother - 1. my birth certificate only

for my father - 1. my birth certificate 2. marriage certificate with my mother.

is there any documents that i have missed? what about form G-325 or G-325A?

thanks in advance for your reply
