Hi Group. I have an interview date in May 2008 at the US Embassy in Manila.

My fiance stayed inHong Kong and Singapore for longer than six months and therefore

requires CNCC for each of these countries. The problem is that we

received our NVC letter on Feb 17 and US Embassy Manila has yet to

forward the packet to my fiance in CDO.

Both police clearances require "Documentary proof from the immigration

authority requiring the Certificate of No Criminal Conviction with both

the petitioner and the applicant's name". Since we do not have our

appointment letter from the packet, I am unsure how to obtain these

clearances.

Can anyone offer some advice. Thanks
