It seems the computer notification has been either broken or unreliable lately. Most CSC notices have come by snail mail. I am not sure if they are also having to do something extra at CSC as the files are being terribly slow at reaching NSC. The week I got approved ( week of March 31 ) At the end of the week I was the only one that reported having mine. That is probably because I live about an hour from CSC. Now it shows 9 people. The week shows 2 , I bet in another week it will also grow as the snail mail arrives. Whatever has happened seems to be going on for a while. My online account still shows that I am pending so I think it isn't fixed either.

I don't know if I follow your thoughts correctly.

IGOR's LIST: http://cse.ssl.berkeley.edu/igor/vjdata/default.aspx

The first part of the list is the "Last 20 K1 I-129F NOA2s from CSC" which is sorted by NOA2 date.. the topmost being the recently approved and approvals on the same day are sorted by the date they filed their I-129F. I do find it very orderly but its just me.

there is an item there for: NAMES, I-129F SENT, I-129F NOA1, I-129F RFE, I-129F NOA2, Updated last

The second part is the "Last 20 K3 I-129F NOA2s from CSC:"

Then followed by: "Still waiting for NOA2 from CSC K-1 I-129F within the CSC processing time (2007-09-09)"

And then other parts...

Igors list is dependent upon the current members who add and update their timelines in real time.

The first part is, indeed, pretty well ordered... About the order I am talking more about the third part (still waiting for NOA2 etc).. for example, the first two lines are dated like this:

I-129F Sent - I-129F NOA1 - I-129F RFE - Updated Last

2007-09-07 - 2007-09-19 - - 2008-01-10

2007-09-07 - 2007-09-10 - - 2007-11-22

It would be, well in my opinion, nicer ordered if it was like this:

2007-09-07 - 2007-09-10 - - 2007-11-22

2007-09-07 - 2007-09-19 - - 2008-01-10

Like ordered on sent date first, then NOA1, then RFE if applicable and then the last updated date. At the moment this section is only sorted on the I129F sent date. I could be wrong but it looks to be this way.

The VJ Immigration Timeline, on the other hand is dependent upon the history of approval cases on VJ from years back which is also a little screwed now becoz of the backlogs caused by the influx of application before the increase last year... they say it will still take a few more months to make the VJ timeline a little more accurate.... and right now the best gauge is Igor's list since it is updated in real time.. meaning if there is no approval there wont be any changes on the list.

Right now approvals in both center (VSC & CSC) is really, really crawling. No latest shouts of "OMG! I GOT NOA2!!! I"m gonna faint!"... it is sometimes over ecstatic and others still waiting sometimes gets pissed but i think it is way better than pure silence or total lack of NOA2 jubilation

Isn't it so that the timeline shown, where it actually says "Petitions with NOA1 dates as follows are currently being processed:" that these dates are actual dates entered by members of VJ? I mean, for CSC I have seen the date for the K1 on that particulairy list go from Nov 10 to Nov 20 and from there back to Nov 13 and now it is back at Nov 17... I mean, if it looks back to the actual history, it should normally only go up and not go up, down, and up again. It kinda looks a bit crooked to me.

It's not like I am saying here that the whole thing doesn't make sense or something, also I don't want to say that people shouldn't be happy when they get a NOA2 or anything.. on the contrary, I am happy with these lists and I am happy to see people being approved as it shows that the USCIS is still working.. I was just wondering about these lists and how they're working and if they were correct with the latest additions :)

I believe, this is the date you've updated your VJ's timeline last.

i just saw our names under "still waiting for noa2 from csc k-1 I-129f within the csc processing time" shes, i think our I-129f sent and noa1 are close, if not the same, so i guess your number should be close to mine.. which is down to #155 as of now.

I understand what you mean now  ... yeah it would be nice if it will be sorted the way you mentioned it... maybe you could PM igor about it. he did mention about making improvements on the list, but maybe he got busy with his then fiancee's interview and then the recent wedding (he got married march, i just don't know if he is back from the honeymoon already) but i'm sure he'd welcome any suggestion and maybe you guys could help each other create the code to improve it. here's his profile: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showuser=38530

it probably goes up when there are early approvals, like late november or december CSC filers and then it goes down again when there are filers from way back june getting approval after the longest time (in CSC case there was a july filer and september filer recently approved)... unfortunately there are still some filers left behind from both centers. their approvals are way overdue and they do deserve to be approved soonest though everytime there is an approval like that it affects the timeline trend and also the tentative adjudication date in individual timelines.

she's you're #161 last time i checked... it could go up if there will be approvals from people who filed before you but it could go down again if there will be people who filed september to early january who will join and will create their timeline. since they have filed before you, their names would be inserted before you on the list.

but you will eventually get to the 100mark once CSC picks up again.
