I'm certainly going to keep up the work! That means an early trip to the gym almost every morning! That's alright though, it's part of my routine now!

BH45, the reason McKenna's program works is because I'm conscious about what I'm eating now, and really paying attention to what I'm eating. I'm focusing on the food, how it tastes, and whether or not I'm really hungry and then when I'm full. That one's still tough for me, I'm not quite sure when I'm full. I guess! It's getting better though. I go from not sure to overfull pretty quickly now!

I'm just super excited about it all. Thanks again for all your support. I really appreciate it!

I found I lost tons of weight when I married Bren --- mostly due to a super change in my diet, since the redhead has all kinds of weird ailments so our diet is very basic.
