Hi everyone, hope you are having a fantastic spring day.

On the Biographic Information form, G-325A. I understand we submit one for me, one for him. Any advice on his signature? If I printed this and mailed it to him, and he mailed it back to me, it would put our filing date back a month or 2. How did everyone handle this?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Kathie

Just fill the form out online, email him the completed form and have him print it off and sign it. Then he will send you the completed, signed forms. This way, you don't have to print it off and send it to him first. Hope that helps!

I had to have her sign hers as we didn't get to filling out the forms until we both were back home separately. It only took hers 4 days to get here and she sign doubles just in case I spilled something or lost one. Its worth doing it right, even if it takes just a little bit longer. This process is not something you want to "cut corners" on, because if it ever were to come back to you, I'd imagine the wait would be much longer.

I agree, or give him the link to the form itself, have him sign it, then send it back to you. it will save a lot of time.

Remember, 4 pages and 4 signatures for each of you. You've got good suggestions already. My method only works if you think of it in advance but maybe somebody will read this and benefit. I just had my wife sign several times on each of several white sticky labels. I then cut and stuck them as needed. Any idiot could see exactl what I'd done. None of the 16 stickies was ever questioned. (16 when not in Roman alphabet. Otherwise 8.)

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Even before meeting my then fiancee in person, I was already sure about marrying her so we started inquiring on how to do with the K1 visa so when I went to visit her in the Philippines we downloaded the forms online after filling them up and signed them the same day. I came back here with all the papers ready, included the G-325-A already signed by her.
