Hello everyone, i am new to this wonderful site i have gone through infors here and i want to ask: I am due for interview and my fiance sent me his divorce decree looking like a photo copy and he said that the original was in the court. I don't know if the consulate will accept this or is there any thing we can do about it or do i just present it along with other documents. Meanwhile this site is awesome, i wonder how i got this far without visa journey.

He will need a certified copy from the court. Usually costs 12 to 20 dollars to get this. It must have a stamp or seal stating it is certified.
