Dear All:

Has any one who has dual nationality filed a K-1 visa petition before?

My fiance is both French( parents are French) and American ( born in America), we met when we were studying in Switerzerland where we stayed almost 4 years, and he worked in France for about 2 years, and now moved back to the staes for the first time in his life. What specific points that we need to pay attention to when we file the petition?? Does he need to provid police certificates from Swizerland and France since he lived in these 2 places over 1 year? Does he needs to provide a single certificate from France also? Or he shouldn't mention that he is also a French??

He is just in the states for about 2 months, and we want to start the process asap in order for us to be together again soon. We planned to get married in France, however, he got the transfer notice from his company that he was transferred to the states, and then we deicded to get a Fiance visa and get married in the states. We have a paper from the French major's office saying that we were registered for a mariage. Should we include the paper in the envelop?? Does it help?

Really want to get together again soon, and try to make everything perfect without mistakes.

Thank for any help in advance.

Ching
