I am married and filing for K-3 visa. I assume that I don't need to provide proof of our relationship and having met, is that correct? Also for the supporting documentation I am providing:

- Copy of my US passport as proof of citizenship.

- Completed G-325A forms for myself and wife

- Passport-style photos of myself and wife.

- Photo-copy of our foriegn certificate of marriage

- Official English translation of the marriage certificate

- Copy of the reciept I got from the I-130

Am I missing anything?

Thanks!

You have assembled pretty much everything of what needed.

Please don't forget the fee, $170.00. Also if either of you are previously divorced, then a copy of the divorce decree should be included along with the ones that you have already prepared.

Please don't forget to write down the names on the back of passport style photos. The US Citizen petitioner should also write his/her alien number with his/her name on the back of the passport style photo.

Please make sure, the I-129F and both G-325As are signed and dated.
