I-134 (affidavit of support)

Hello,

I have looked at the sample in Vj for I-134 filled by K1. However, We still have some confusions regarding number 8 and 10, as we are on K3.

Anyone please clear this, question #8 it says: 8. The following persons are dependent upon me for support: (Place an "x" in the appropriate column to indicate whether the person named is wholly or partially dependent upon you for support.)

Does my husband needs to put me wholly or partially, or should he put None? We are confused, as im still living abroad and he is in U.S.

#10 it says: 10. I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on behalf of the

following person(s). If none, state none

Should my husband put the two petitions like this? or only the K3?

I answered "None" because this would refer to probably a student visa. This is a generic form that does not only apply to K-3.

Yes, for me I added this (I-129F-K3 approved 11-21-07) (I-130 approved 11-21-07)
