for those people who had given me advice on behalf of my friend jackie THANK YOU, in summation the answer was the other information ( i864 fee bill and forms from the petioner) was on pending status last 03.24.08-03.26.08 because it was still under review since the ds230 was already reviewed. "you know guys who you are who helped her, and she cant THANK YOU enough" . on the latter end, she received a new notice today that on 03.28.08 they received her packets however (ds-230 and i864) however she heard that there is an RFE ( incomplete docs) shes thinking it was her picture because by mistake she sent her pics she used for her PHILIPPINE passport. (blue background) and she dont know whether her lawyer sent it. ( usu. how does NVC sent the letter to the agent if theres incomplete docs?.. oh well, do you think should i advise her to pay her document verification now, inspite her papers are not yet with the consulate? ( just a thought) again, on behalf of my friend jackie. (THANK YOU!) well for me i havent received anything yet. no update yet, no interview, im praying everything goes well for me and my friend jackie. im projecting a may or june interview.. for my case, my question is since NVC had all my papers NSO birth and marriage contract, should i request another one to show the consulate in MANILA embassy? anything else I need to prepare just in case? how long does a case normally gets to consulate after a case was completed at NVC, and if the appointment date on the US-Manila embassy havent showed up? what are the options if the letters from NVC havent arrived yet to have an idea whats your interview? sorry for the questions..
