They will need at least the print out of your appointments from USEM's website. It will work if your case has been assigned schedules already. I remember some applicants used the original NOA2 along with the rest of the requirements but I couldn't tell for sure if St. Lukes allowed them to have the medical done.

Hi. We used the printout from the website combined with the NVC letter that shows that the MNL Case number listed on the Web Site Appointment printout is associated with her (name). We had no problems getting in and having the physical. We did this 2 weeks in advance of the suppossed "scheduled SLEC appointment" given to us from the USE.

Warm Regards,

Samby

Wait about a week then call 1-888-877-9888 from the US and pay 18.00 for a pin that can be used to call the Embassy and schedule your interview. You dont have to wait for any letters to schedule your interview if you have your NVC MNL case number. This pin can be used to call the Embassy 3 times before having to get another pin. If you need to call from the Philippines then call 909 101 7878 from a PLDT phone.

One more thing to add. When you schedule your interview the Embassy will ask you your fiancee's email address and they will email her a copy of the interview schedule and approval number. She can print this for the medical

Thank you so much for this info. Me and Rick have been discussing who will make the call, in the end we agreed that he make the call since it's sounds more cost effective ($18 for 3 calls for ANY DURATION for USC vs. $.98/minute if calling within the Philippines.). I gave him my prefered sched and we will also be talking on YM while he calls on Monday night his time which will be Tuesday morning here.

Oh that is so cool  . Thanks for this  My husband and I just finished talking and just like the other newly approved applicants here, we too are lost on where we should get a copy of our appointment letter. It's good that you mentioned that the embassy will send an email after the interview has been set. Thank you very much again.

From reading many posts since the change in Appointment Handing by the Manila Embassy, it appears that the emailing of the Appointment letter is done by the call center staffing the 1-888-877-9888. That's the new phone number that you can call from the US for $18 PIN charge. If you call directly to the embassy in Manila, they wont send you an email. Might be another reason to go with the new official process.

You welcome debears and timcass_12. I know how it is to worry about the process. We have our interview March 29th at 7:30am. My fiancee and I also agree it was better for me to call and pay 18.00. I had to call a 2nd time and change the interview date from March 23 to march 29th because I chose a day that wasnt good for my fiancee. Let me know what interview date you get ok. Take care and goodluck to everyone.
