My interview date is on April 23 7:30 am...I'm planning to have my medical examination next week (April 2-3) Anyone who can advise me on what are the things to do (where to pay, vaccination requirements) and what to expect...Thanks a lot!

Each consulate is different. When they send you packet 3 instructions it should give you what is required as far as medical and also a location of an approved clinic or doctor that the consulate uses. If you are unsure then you need to make a phone call to the consulate to ask more information if they did not provide enough. Usually they are very nice to deal with and will email you info if you need it. Start calling is my advice. Good luck.

Oops I forgot to answer the last question about vaccination requirements. Most vaccinations can be done in the US once you are here for K-1 Visa applicants. You are not required to get them until you adjust status as a permanent resident in the US after you are married. Most consulates are the same on this issue. Oh and congrats on your interview. Im sure all will go well.......
