income requirements for Form I-134

hi guys!!! i really need to know how much is the income requirement for I-134? my income for 2007 is 57,000. will this be enough? do i need to get a co sponsor? please let me know... thanks

ok. i still dont get it. i checked the "2008 HHS Poverty Guidelines" and it says:

i guess this is a yearly income? because if so i think i am above the poverty line.... i dont have any mortgages or loans since my house is fully paid. i am just so confused with these paper works... thanks anyways...
