Why another copy of Birth Certificate for AOS?

Why do we need to submit another Birth Certificate for AOS when one was sent with I-129F and one was provided at the K-1 Visa Interview?

If the I-693A finds it's way to the orignally submitted I-693 then why can't they see the 2 Birth Certificates that were already submitted?

We're asking because the 90-day Visa expires on 4-8 and we have to get another copy of the certificate from the Ukraine. Maybe I could have it Faxed to me? (With the translation or have it translated here.)

Thank you for any help and suggestions.

Its a new application so they need new copies.... you dont have to send an original copy just a photocopy and any translations.... also you dont have to file before the 90 days have expired you can file at anytime as long as you were married within the 90 days....
