RFE Sent 3 times and NEVER received

Anyone have any suggestions about what (or even if) there is anything I can do? I am in the process of AOS which was sent back at the end of November. They sent an RFE in early February and we have yet to receive it. They resent it 2 other times and we still haven't received it! They said we just have to wait another month until we receive it because they already sent it 3 times. ????? Is there anyplace to call or are we stuck with no answers (as usual).

I am sure this is an obvious question, but did you verify the accuracy of the address?
