It's more than just reproductive capacity. It's just like the classification of mammals. You can't just say you don't want to be a mammal anymore and therefore make yourself not a mammal. I think there's a difference between scientific classification and how one identifies themselves as. Neither of which is mutually exclusive.

But I've always felt like an amphibian.... I demand you call me that!

He has a wife, why is she not carrying the child?

How did he get pregnant? It's not his and his wifes baby, is it?

What doctor would treat him for that? Because if he has a male set of hormons, he had to get hormonal treament in order to carry a pregnancy.

If he (she) has a uterus, overies, and a #######, he (she) is clinically a woman. I'm willing to bet on that.

If clinically includes the mental health field, then you'd be wrong. Anyway, it's pretty insulting to call someone they're a woman when they're a transgender male.

He's not claiming he's pregnant; he really is!

I wonder if that is actually true. There is some speculation that it is a publicity stunt for his T-shirt company called, Define Normal. I wonder how the testosterone treatment affects the child. He would have to have continued taking the testosterone to maintain his beard, and with all the hormones we produce when we are pregnant, I wonder how artificial hormones would affect the pregnancy and the developing child.
