Down in the dumps today!!

Hello Everyone, I am having a not so great day today. My husband and I got in to it yesterday because of the way my family makes him feel (they dont accept him) , he said some rude comments about my parents, and I stupidly defended them. (they dont deserve to be defended)

then speak of the devil, my father calls after nearly 5 years, and starts yelling calling my husband garbage. We fought and he hung up on me. I didnt tell my husband what was said (obviously), but my huband and I havn't spoke since yesterday. I dont know what to do?

I am latin he is from india......but when ever we have had a disagreement and i find out im wrong and sometimes even if im not wrong i tell him im sorry.....because sometimes he does the same for me as well and i think that its better to admit we make a mistake and tell them how much we love them and that what other people think makes no impact on us......yup we know it does when its family but in reality he is ur world and u r his......if he has no family here its probably hitting him hard when u guys fight........and it happens to all of us.......i know that when perviz comes he will have no one but me and my family so i have thought about this topic a lot........just hug him and tell him what is in ur heart

haha u want to hear a good one? we allow a man to put his cows in our pasture for free we dont charge him anything........for a thankyou one year

he took a pig to butcher gave us the receipt......and said this is a little something thankyou for allowing the cows here..........now he knows we are muslim.......not only did we get the pig but he put the bill in our name and we had to pay for cut and wrap.........there was a lot of happy people at the soup kitchen...............thats were we dumped our gift.......

Sometimes I wonder when we have a baby, what do I do? My family speak about him in such an awful way, I dont think I would even want him part of my relatives life. This is my husbands child just as much as he is mine, I shouldnt have our child around people that speak of him that way,even if it is my family, right??

I think thats wonderful.............from what i have seen about our family if someone marries out side of it........as soon as a child is born things get better cant say why other than the magic of babies but it does seem to soften some of the hardest people that have fought ur union for so long........lol my elder brothers are still so angry they were not allowed to arrange a life partner for me they never even talk to me lol.........their lose not mine.......

Your Egyptian family does not like your husband....

Well, if your family had no input on your choice of husband or who you would marry; then I think your family is harboring resentment over this and taking it out on your husband.

There is nothing you can do really, other than let them see over time, how much he loves you and takes care of you.
