Hi guys, i need your help for Step 2 of this journey!

I am about to file for AOS and i have a few questions.

Must i file for AOS before my NOA2 expires?

I guess i have to file form i-485 for me and my k2 daughter?

How much is my daughters fee, she does not need EAD nor AP?

Do i put the whole amount on one check or separate checks?

Does she also need the form g-325a?

Form g-325a: Husband or wife if known, are they talking about my hubby (the petitioner) or is this info about my parents?

former husbands and wives, i guess this is about me whether i was married before?

Thank you the answers!

Your NOA2 has nothing to do with your AOS filing. You are eligible to file for AOS at anytime after you marry.

A separate I-485 filing is required for each

If the K-2 is under 14 then the fee is $600 if filed concurrently with the K-1's I-485

Does not matter if you do not need EAD/AP as the fee is included in the I-485 fee

I would write separate checks

There are no documentation differences and each filing must be complete and be able to stand alone.

If you have a husband then put in his name

YMMV

Wow great, thank you so much!

I have an other question

FORM I-864 QUESTION D/E

D: The persons listed above have completed Form I-864A. I am filing along with this form all necessary Forms I-864A completed by these persons.

E: The person listed above, does need to complete Form I-864A because he/she is the intending immigrant and has no accompanying dependents.
