  1. 1. Should I hold the item hostage that the USCIS employee bought from me on ebay?

LOL....Amber you SO have to #### with this person somehow.........

I'd be tempted to take one of my NOA's, lay it on the copier, then white out my info on the copy, and create some sort of 'special' NOA for the buyer.

Say something like 'If this product is defective, mail it to the address listed. Do not contact us about a replacement until at least 90 days have passed'.

Or something like that. I'm sure if you work on it for a couple of hours, you can come up with something really....fun... :diablo:

Also ask for evidence of income to show that their purchase will not become a public charge...

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

Or send it to me and send him a notice saying his package has been transferred and I will be processing the transaction.

Then I will send it to Number 6, he will send it to Larry, and so on.

That's a good idea - we could take pictures of package in different world locations and send them to him.

Finally, you should mail the package to the Service Center, where its sure to be lost.

USCIS and EBAY are not related.

What does your EBAY agreement say about this.

STFU.

My name is Larry, and I approve of this post.
