a) For the IV Bill to arrive after you sent the DS-3032?

B) For the I-864 Package to arrive after you sent the I-864 Fee Bill?

I'm still gathering the remaining docs and I'd like to have an approximate date.

Yup, every document you wait for takes about 2-4 weeks to arrive or at least for the NVC to say that it has been generated.

I did receive the IV fee bill after 19 days, after DS3032 entered the system.
