if you have at least 2 yrs of ITR (base on my experience) it should be fine... my husband only gave me his 2004 & 2005 during my interview and it went great! good luck!

Citizenship N-400

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

i think the latest i have seen is they say you need the past yr. but they way things seem to change i called the IRS and got my last 3 yr transcripts. the call is free and it took about 1 week

1-800-829-1040. and for the current year i will submit the 1040 and all supporting documents. if Maribel doesn't need the last 3 yrs, great then she can trash them.

The Notary I went to didn't stamp the form because they had that preprinted section. I am wondering if I should go back and insist that she stamp it.

do I need the past 3 years W2 and 1040 TAX RETURN?

Thank you kindly

I'm only sending my 2007 Tax return, past 3 years of w2-forms, & employment letter..that should be enough to prove that I'm above poverty line. I've also included my real estate asset because i've answered the other questions.

I remember reading on here somewhere that they can't stamp that form for that very reason. But that rule is only in place when the document being notarized is being used in the USA. It won't matter since its being used for the Philippines. I would have it stamped.

several questions before I go to the notary and DHL my package.

1. how many I-134 do I need to send?

2. Question 10 asking about previous visa petition (I just need to list my fiancee name since that is the only petition I have sent?)

3. Do I put NA in all blanks unanswered?

Thank you kindly
