Documents for marriage/job for fiancee ?

1. I see alot dealing with the documents needed for the AOS. Is there a list somewhere that deals with the process of going to a court to get married. I assume I need to set an appointment. What documents are needed? Link?

2. I am swimming in debt just lost my job 2 weeks ago (starting a new one next week). Is there any ideas on what my fiancee can do for some income even if its alittle. All I can think of is maybe find a friend who needs a babysitter.. I know she can't have an OFFICIAL job but I am hoping there is SOMETHING she can do even if its $20 a day. Since by the time I can afford to pay $1010 for the AOS thaty is about 3 months from now and then the wait is about 3 months

Me and my then-Fiance (husband now) went to the court got our marriage license and the clerk ask use right away when were we gonna marry. So we decided to schedule the next day paid 40 dollar for the marriage license and another forty dollar for our marriage certificate on the day of our marriage.

With regards to your second question I am sorry I don't have any idea. Maybe someone more knowledgeable can answer on that later on.

the documents needed to get a marriage certificate depends on the state your living in! go online and check with your local courthouse to find out about the needed docs and everything else regarding your wedding.
