You really don't get it do you? Hitting back? That's just #######. I think you need to step outside the ring to be able to see that this is as much a part of his campaign as much as it is part of Hilary's.

Why does he even bother to engage in negativity at all if he doesn't believe in it? Why doesn't he believe his own propaganda that people want to see positivity and not mud slinging? When was the last time we saw him displaying his policies exclusively and not engaging in the back handed 'I don't do this kind of smeary politics, I don't call people XYZ?

Oh well, there we go again.

it's a brick wall, Purple. Steven speaks out of both sides of his mouth, every single day on here.

Can you point to a specific political attack on Hillary from Obama that you think was dirty?

I've never heard anything about him claiming to be a law professor, but it seems obvious to me that he wouldn't do that. Everyone would know.

Ah, but he *DID* say that.

"I was a constitutional law professor, which means unlike the current president I actually respect the Constitution," Obama told an audience at a campaign fundraiser. "I believe in an attorney general who is actually the people's lawyer, not the president's lawyer."

http://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1809490/posts

For the record, Obama is a "Senior Lecturer (on leave of absence)" at the University of Chicago Law School. Apparently, he has taught Constitutional Law III: Equal Protection and Substantive Due Process, Current Issues in Racism & the Law, and Voting Rights & the Democratic Process.

Unsatisfied, we triple-checked with the University of Chicago, where Obama purports to have been a constitutional-law professor. Sure enough, he wasn’t exactly a prof. Obama is considered a senior lecturer at the university, but he was never a professor. According to the Law School’s press office, he was plenty qualified to be a professor, but he just didn’t have the time. Instead of making him a professor, they gave him the senior lecturer gig, which means he didn’t have to publish scholarly works (and therefore wasn’t on tenure track).

There, I highlighted the relevant part for you. But I know it's useless as you will hold on to that straw - one of the last one's you got. If that's all you got, then you got nothing.

here it is

He used Tonya harding before then again this term emerges from the mouth of an anonymous Dem official. The same way SSamantha powers was feeding the Scottish journalist "she's a monster" moniker.

Well, what do you expect? he came out of the Chiicago cesspoo in the first place.l

Original story, edited:[/i] Remember how Jake Tapper’s March 26 story pointed to a remark that Hillary will have to use “Tonya Harding” tactics to win the nomination, which was attributed to an anonymous “DNC official”? That is true. But now Obama himself is exploiting the remark, as Corrente Wire reveals via an ABC News story that is dated December 2007. (Did the DNC official pick up the Tonya Harding “meme” from hearing Obama?) ABC News’ Sunlen Miller reports: Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., told a crowd in Vinton, Iowa Thursday that he’s not going to pull a Tonya Harding on his rival candidates.

“Folks said there’s no way Obama [referring to himself in the third person] has a chance unless he goes and kneecaps the person ahead of us, does a Tonya Harding,” Obama joked, referring to the female skating champion who conspired to harm a competitor during the 1994 U.S. Figure Skating Championships.

“We decided that’s not the kind of campaign we wanted to run,” he said. …

Sorry to burst the collective bubble going on here...

But at the U of C, a visiting lecturer is considered a prof. Its an appointment that does not follow the tenure-track system.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

You can nit-pick all you want. Doesn't make a difference in the real world.

But hey, here's a few more for you:

strall.jpg

Hillary is desperately reaching for straws...she doesn't know how else to draw more voters to her except by scaring them away from Obama.

Really? Cuz that's not what she's doing.

That's all she's doing.

Nope. The school actually backs his statement rather than yours. Sorry, you lose.
