You really don't get it do you? Hitting back? That's just #######. I think you need to step outside the ring to be able to see that this is as much a part of his campaign as much as it is part of Hilary's.

Why does he even bother to engage in negativity at all if he doesn't believe in it? Why doesn't he believe his own propaganda that people want to see positivity and not mud slinging? When was the last time we saw him displaying his policies exclusively and not engaging in the back handed 'I don't do this kind of smeary politics, I don't call people XYZ?

Yes, but I would like to see a real new candidate, not this pseudo version. It's very tiring watching this long running campaign and realise that in the end, there will probably be no Universal Health Care after all is said and done which is something that would be great for the American people - even if it does smack of dodgy socialism.

Don't despair...this madness will soon be over and hopefully, Hillary will be able to unite the Democratic Party by throwing her support behind Obama when he is the nominee. Mark my words...he will be the nominee.

He probably will be, which is fine so long as he does get to the WH and deliver some of the goodies he keeps promising. I don't believe his new face of politics though, I don't, I don't, I don't.

I don't get that stirred Mr Pants, occasionally shaken, but rarely stirred. Anyway, I don't think Barack is evil. He does a good job at politics, but it is a job not a way of life for him. He wants to make money from it same as the next guy.

The nastiness of this race is really disturbing. Of all the years I've been a registered voter and followed the races closely, I've never seen anything like this. I keep saying the longer this kind of negativity continues, it will irreperable damage to the Democratic Party. I still don't see how Hillary's camp is going to make amends with regarding Obama's candidacy as illegitimate. Very sad.

Just as dirty? For me, I think there are differences between hitting back vs. trying to smear your opponent. Just on the single issue of Hillary basically saying that Obama is not fit to be President tips the scales on her side for doing irreparable damage to the very party both of them are seeking to represent. I still haven't heard a good answer for how she'll be able to tell her supporters to join her in supporting Obama if he is the nominee without admitting that she really didn't mean he wasn't fit to be President.

But she already admitted that this particular claim was garbage when she tried to push a joint ticket. Her argumentation is so inconsistent it's plain ridiculous. It also hints at the fact that she doesn't have an actual case to make.

When will you acknowledge that mud started flying only when Hillary saw her perceived entitlement being put into question. The campaign could have been clean if Hillary and Bill would have played nice. They decided not to. Can't fault Obama for not always just turning the other cheek.

The truth is it is hard for Clintons to swallow the bitter pill, since Hillary is trailing Obama on popular votes, pledged delegates won, a scenario the Clintons never thought of. It is going to be a mathetical impossiblity for Hillary to be ahead of Obama in popular votes and pledged delegates. I have not heard yet that either Bill or Hillary condemned James Carville's Judas remarks about Gov. Bill Richardson. Clintons wanted Gov. Richardson's endorsement, even Bill went to Santa Fe, NM to watch the superbowl in Gov. mansion with Gov. Richardson. And when Gov. endorsed Obama, Clinton camp started saying that Gov. Richardson's endorsement won't have any effect. If you think that way, why did you want the Gov. to endorse you? Clintons stubbornness is damaging the Democratic Party and is making it easy for John McCain to win.
