I have asked a question in earlier posting if I should have filed I-485 with I-130. Some people taught me that I should have sent I-485 with I-130. The reason why I thought I didn't have to initially was I am E visa holder and allowed to work in the U.S. However, the visa will expire in April 10th.

Now, I re-read the instruction of I-485. It may say I am not eligible to apply for the adjustment. It confuses me, but I need to hurry up because of the visa expiration. Would anybody tell me if I should?

E visa is company sponsorship, so I can not work for anybody else. That I want to change...
