Hey Everyone

I know this might sound silly, but I'm filling out Part One of the DS-230 form from Packet 3, and there is a section that asks for 'Name of Spouse' and 'Place Of Birth of Spouse'....I take it that since we are not yet married, I just leave this part blank? It just seems strange that it's in there since this is for a K1 visa. I assume that I should just leave it blank, but I wanted to double check since it's so important.

If anyone has any advice as to what they did in this part of the form, that would be great.

Thanks.

p.s: I am filing at the London Embassy.

Enter "None" there. (The form has multiple uses besides the K1 so that's why it's there.) See Example Form

I have a question about the DS-230 form. I didn't want to open a new topic for this, so I will just ask here.

Since I received a blank copy of DS-230 in my K1 Packet 3, should I fill out that one with a pen, or can I just go online and fill it electronically and then print it and sign it?

The blank copy that I have received is 1 page, both sides.

The online one is 2 pages, 1 side each.

If I can fill it out electronically, is it ok to them (US Consulate) that the form is on 2 pages?

Thanks!

If the paper copy you received doesn't have a bar-code or something like that - then feel free to use the online copy - just make sure that it's not an expired form and all the details are the same. You can also print it on both sides of the same paper if you wish. Good Luck
