Congrats! Wait 2-3 weeks, then call the embassy DIRECTLY to confirm if they have received it. THEN (and only then) call the new appoitment line (this will cost you money) to schedule your medical and interview appointments.

Note, by calling the embassy directly first to confirm that they have received your case from the NVC, you will avoid wasting money. This is because each time you call the new appointment line, it costs you money - even if all you find out from them is that "sorry, your case is not at the embassy yet and therefore the interview can't be scheduled. Call back another day and try again. <and thanks for your donation today!>".

Congratulations and Good luck on the next stage of your journey!

Warm Regards,

Samby

Congrats, if you look at our timeline you will see our visa arrived at the NVC just a few days after approval and it was only there for a few days then at the US embassy a few days after that. Just call the NVC and ask if they received it, they will tell you the date it arrived then wait like 2 or 3 days and call back and they will tell you it was sent to the Embassy. Wait maybe a week and have your fiance call from the US 1-888-877-7878 and pay 18.00 US dollars for a pin number. Then he can use this pin number 3 times to call and schedule your interview or ask questions about your visa in Manila. He will need the NVC case number when calling, it will start with MNL. I have used this process 2 times and have 1 call left. I made a mistake the first call and scheduled my fiancees interview to early because she is in a NCLEX class for nursing in the US and had class the day I first sceduled so I had to call a 2nd time and reschedule for the next week. Anyway goodluck everyone.
