I was transferred to "somewhere" on Sept.8. I received the notice Sept 13 in the mail but it only told me that my application was now pending in the office to which it was transferred. I assume that means I was transferred to California. So, I guess you can update that on the spreadsheet. I really just want my husband to live with me--but apparently that's too much to ask for right now.

My NOA2 for CR1/IR1 was issued on 09-24-08 and my NOA1 is in my signature! I hope that helps your spreadsheet.

the timeline is updated for crismar and mark whcker, unfortunately mamalou, this timeline is specifically for people persuing the IR-1/CR-1 visa, so to keep an accurate timeline, we are not adding those with a K-3 timeline.

Hi everybody,

you can add me to this thread. I hope my story helps someone.

Me and my hubby filed for I-130 at California Cervice Center and when we got our NOA1 for I-130, we filed for I-129F (K-3 visa).

We thought K-3 visa would be faster than CR1 visa but both applications were approved at the same time by USCIS California.

We decided to follow both paths - K-3 and CR1 visa.

I-129F was processed very fast at NVC and sent to embassy.

I-130 was processed a little bit longer at NVC but our case was finally completed on September 29. You can read more details in my signature.
