Great news - CSC is kicking A**!!! UPDATED

CR-1/IR-1 Journey for Self

12th April 08 - Married in Australia

21st April 08 - Mailed off I-130 but with incorrect title on cheques

30th April 08 - USCIS returned petitions requesting correct title on cheques

2nd May 08 - Mailed out I-130s again! Finally on our way!!!

9th May 08 - NOA-1

7th Nov 08 - Tranferred to CSC

4th Dec 08 - Approved!!!

22nd Dec 08 - NVC # assigned

23rd June 09 - Case Complete at NVC (We slowed down the process on purpose to time interview accordingly)

18th August 09 - Medical

25th August 09 - Interview Date - Approved!!!

19th February 10 - POE L.A (No dramas, just SLOW)

2nd March 10 - Welcome to America Letter

I married my love on 12/24/07

I filed for the I 130 on 1/23/08

Receipt number recevied 2/13/08

Paperwork sent to Guangzhou on 1/23/09

Interview 5/21/09 PASSED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all thanks to both of you Delcia/Whisper2me, for wonderful job you both have done with the tracking sheet and thanks to you Whiper2me for taking over Delicia job. You have been helping many people like me with this process.

Can you please update my timeline when you get chance, my case was transfer to CSC from Vegas Service Center ( VSC ) on 8/25/08. All my info is in my Signature.

Hi Lara, your timeline looks fine except I'm not sure which visa you are applying for. Your profile says IR1/CR1 but your timeline says K3 visa? Which one is it? I can lend a hand if I know which visa you have applied for.

Amy here== Was just looking over your time line spread sheet, and didn't see our name:( I did file I-129f, but it was returned to me because the I-130 was approved. -please see my timeline- I love the idea of knowing about when our file will come up for approval! I am praying things keep moving along quickly, I about lost hope, and almost started a rat race for myself and my husband! In any case, we'd love to be added to this timeline, and included in any future posts that may come up wiht it all! Thanks for keeping us all informed-sometimes the lingo here confuses those of us that are newbies! I am sure EVENTUALLY if you look at it long enough, you pick it all up! lol yes it is addictive and you're very welcome. I had added you and tracked your name through your timeline already. I got caught before duplicating dates since there are so many couples in here so when dates start to look too similiar, I check it out.

ARALB, I have added you to spreadsheet now that you are IR1/CR1 but please also change your profile status from K3 to IR1/CR1 so it doesn't confuse others.

It looks like Californian filers aren't suffering at all with transfers so.....its all good.
