HEY I EMAILED THE DS 3032 , AND HAVENT RECEIVED NO SORT OF RESPONSE-- NEITHER A NVC "AUTOMATED" RESPONSE NOR AN ACCEPTANCE LETTER..

I EMAILED THEM ON TUES, 4/26.

AND AGAIN TODAY, TUES, 5/1

WHAT TO DO.... (BESIDES BEING PATIENT?)

BABY BOY! - 09/22/04

12/23/05- MAILED I-130

01/06/06- NOA 1 FOR I-130

01/18/06- MAILED I-129F

01/26/06- NOA 1 FOR I-129F

02/28/06- APPROVED I-129F

I-864 package mailed out on May 11, 2006 via USPS overnight; received at NVC May 12, 2006

Received IV Fee Bill and and I-864 package on the same day in the mail on May 13, 2006

IV fee bill overnighted same day May 13, 2006

5/26 checklist rec'd ds 230 missing

5/30 ds 230 package rec'd

6/7 I mail them back the ds 230

6/8 They receive the ds 230

6/12 it is entered into their system

6/29 CASE COMPLETE

07/06 - CASE HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO CONSULAR POST

07/12 - PACKET 4 COMES TO HIS HOUSE

08/04 - MEDICAL EXAM - HAS NO DISEASES CONFIRMED

08/08 - INTERVIEW AT 8 AM. PLEASE PRAY FOR US.

08/23 - OUR 3RD WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

09/22 - OUR BABY TURNS 2!

Just be patient. Some time they take little longer. Hopefully you will get something in email today or tomorrow. You won't get any acceptance letter or something. But automated message will be updated -- saying NVC has rec'd response to DS-3032 or ??

You can call them and check it.

When my friend called last week after emailing his DS-3032 over 6 working days ago. The Operator told him they have rec'd DS-3032 (in Email) and have sent an email back about its acceptance. Then we looked our email and there was none. Then after two hours we FINALLY got an email -- NVC has rec'd DS-3032 and blah blah.....

Just sit tight

Mar 3 - Got email: DS-3032 received (Email did the Magic !!)

Mar 4 - Automated msg updtd: -- DS-3032 rec'd,

Mar 6 - AOS fee rec'd, IV fee bill generated, I-864/IV fee bill will be mailed this week (Operator)

Mar 11 - Rec'd I-864 pkg

Mar 13 - Rec'd IV fee bill, Returned I-864 pkg

Mar 14 - Deliver'd I-864 pkg to NVC, Returned IV fee bill to STL

Mar 15 - Deliver'd IV fee to STL, I-864 entered in to NVC system

Mar 23 - I-864 complete, Visa fee in NVC system, DS-230 on the way

i called them and they say they havent recevied anything yet. i guess they can only read what they see on their screen...

am i right to assume that someone has yet to read the email, and theennn-- they have to update their data and then when i call someone can potentially say, yes we received ur email and a response has been sent?

the waiting is killing me..

i guess i might as well move to india..

E-mailing the DS-3032? Hold on now....have things changed that much in the last 10 months since we did ours? We had to mail ours in.

E-mailing the DS-3032? Hold on now....have things changed that much in the last 10 months since we did ours? We had to mail ours in.

Many have been having success in emailing in the Choice of Agent as opposed to snail mail. Saves time. To date there hasnt been any rejections noted. So its not a new policy, just members being creative in finding ways to save some time whilst still adhering to the process. It seems the DS-3032 is not as rigid in what is accepted as the other forms etc are.
