Hello Ladies :)

I am American citizen, got married in Egypt, this year.. as I'm filing my I-130 form, I found out that I need to attach his and my divorce decree (as we both were previously married!) to the form... but what I need to know is... Does he have to certify his translation of his divorce decree from the US embassy in Egypt?? as the Egyptian seals on his divorce decree would not be recognized in the US (as I'm filing the I-130 within the US)...

Another question: I know that he has to fill out form G-325a and sign it... but whose name will be in the box outlined by heavy border in the bottom of the form? his name or my name.... he doesn't have an A# yet... though....

Thanks a lot :)

Waiting for your input..
