Cilantro,olive oil,red wine vinegar,garlic,salt,and pepper,Goya adobo.Liquefy ingredients in a blender,marinate your meat over night.And grill it the next day.

Try the same marinade above but boil the meat for a bit and then move into the oven... it will be nice and fork-tender...

I make it just like a chef at an "Asadero" in Colombia told me to make it. Salt and pepper and that's it. Don't turn the meat to much while grilling and you're done. The key is the chimichurri you serve it with.

mi pregunta es,.. mi esposo viajo a japon y se que do mas de el tiempo con visa de turista tu crees que eso le afecte al tiempo de tener su entrevista, oh que sea un delito para emigracion y balla a tener problemas muchas gracias por tu respuesta te lo agradesco mucho

Pues si la entrevista es para venirse a vivir a los EE.UU. y no a Japón no creo que haya ningún problema a menos que el cónsul vea las fechas en la carta migratoria y le ponga algún inconveniente. Si eso llega a pasar es sino hablar con la verdad y listo. Pero como le digo Japón es Japón y USA es USA.
