Hello everyone...Can anyone tell me if it matters how long I have been at my current employer, as far as the AOS process is concerned.

(I'm the petitioner) Here's the deal; I'm thinking of changing employers for a better position in a different town. I'm thinking of doing this once my fiancee arrives, but then when we file the paperwork for the AOS my current length of employement at my current employer will be very short. Will that be a problem? I still have tax returns showing enough income for the last 3 years. I'm just not sure if it will look bad, or cause a problem if I switch employers right before my fiancee and I file the AOS....Thanks in advance for any advice..

I think that you can change your job after or before AOS because USCIS only wants that you're working and that you have the last 3 years income tax with enough income. You only have to send your employment letter of your current employ with AOS. Good luck
