I figured someone would have opened this already. Do you guys want to continue this thread?

Woke up to a 5 am storm. Whee more rain. We're going to float away pretty soon. I had a chuckle over Amy saying how busy she is with everyone's allergies. I bet it's crazy busy at her office! A rainy Tuesday means a really busy day for me on the phone. Contractors are usually in office on Tuesdays, and the rain chases those that aren't in too... and then they start calling. Blah. I'm just not a phone person.

Another day gone is another day closer to those waiting to be reunited with their loved one. Let's see, Tuesday...I don't go to work until 3pm and Mohammed does not go in til 1pm so we have the day together!

I am up drinking coffee and reading VJ and hubby is still in bed. When he smells the coffee and hears me typing,,, he will get up :)

Did anyone here watch 24 on Fox last night?????

Sounds like you have a lovely cozy morning ahead of you, you lucky thing!

I didn't watch 24, but I did watch a lengthy series on 9/11 on the National Geographic Channel Sunday night. Made me rethink all my complaints against the visa process.

Got a reply from the Embassy this morning. I had asked them to please verify they received the paperwork they requested on the 221g. They replied, "Please tell us the day TNT delivered the paper so we can pull the packet." *THUD* Why does this not give me much comfort?

On a side note... the guy I assist here at work is in the hospital with chest pains today. If anyone wouldn't mind saying a little prayer for him, it would be appreciated. His name is Steve. Needless to say my mind isn't in my work today.

Day is going well. I have a ton of work to do. I am in a generally good mood. I always watch Angel at 6 am and for the past two days, my husband has joined me :luv: It's so nice to have a little snuggle time before work.

In other news, husband and I are going to a workshop on Awakening the Heart and Soul in a week. It took some prodding, but I've finally convinced my husband to join me. It's an emphasis on Islamic spirituality, sharia and haqiqa, and relationships. (F)
