I think today is the last day for coconut, or not? We were just craving bacon so much, we decided for bacon on Monday instead of Thursday! :lol:

yeah coconut week ends today. Tomorrow starts bacon week.

My rouladen I'll probably use bacon, bell pepper and carrots, although i'm not a big fan of cooked carrots, I like them raw, then I'll make a tomato sauce with onions and them use my pressure cooker and cook the rouladen with the tomato sauce.

It's the first time I do that, but I'm sure it'll be ok, cuz I'm pretty good at cooking meat, me loves my meat :P
