I didn't put eggplant (because I don't like it), and didn't use 4 different pans like they say on the "classical method", but I did cook the ingredients separately at the beginning.

I've never watched the movie, but when Bryan was in France and I made ratatouille, he was like: "you mean it's a real meal? it's not only the name of the rat in the movie?!" mmm.... good memories... :)

I had my Irish smoked salmon and soda bread with beatroot and leaves and balsamic salad. Yum Yum. I had it at work, so no pic's I'm afraid.

So eggs eh? Hmmmmm There's always plain old boiled or poached... My oven doesn't work properly so I can't bake. I can't wait to move out of this flat and get me a proper oven.

I know I'm late, but I cooked some "ratatouille" tonight, so here's my traditional French meal:

ooo...that brings me back good memories:) I had that dish in Switzerland I think overlooking Lake Geneva:)) but I did not know what it was called though. But that does look like what it was so I will surely try that at home :)
