does it need to be something where eggs are the main or just something with eggs in it like a custard or cake?

Eggs are my first love. Actually, I love them more than Neil, but only because he doesn't like eggs. If he liked eggs we could share the love together I'm normally an egg whites person but I always throw a yolk in here and there. I think I will make some ice cream and then feed it to Neil. That's usually how I disguise lots of eggs

blech. I'm trying to make myself be able to et eggs again. I got food poisoning from eggs 3 years ago (apparently the eggs were bad even though not expired:( and eggs have not been the same for me since:(((

But the other day, in my attempt for trying eggs once again....I made my version of McDonalds breakfast.

tortillas

scrambled eggs

chopped tomatoes

green peppers

cheddar cheese

Fry the eggs and mix them to scramble them. Put in tomatoes, green peppers and onion. Cook until eggs are done. Put a bit of cheddar cheese on top to let it melt. (Just dont set off smoke detector like I did because apparently I was not stirring fast enough and the egg set iff the smoke detector:))) Place them in a tortilla shell, wrap, and enjoy.

I can do eggs... I was just thinking earlier (before I saw this thread), about making this baked egg dish for the inlaws this weekend....hmmm...

Besides the egg dish (Mom is making an egg dish tomorrow and I will just pretend that I did it... ), I want to make a carrot cake tomorrow.

I am still looking for a recipe though, so I was wondering if one of you lovely ladies has a good recipe to share

Craps! I didn't get my traditional dish pics posted last night. I stayed outside talking to my cousin for two hours. That was after I'd exercised so by the time I got home I had just enough time to eat, take a shower, and go to bed. I'll try to get it posted tonight.
