* scallops/seafood (we can count as a seafood week, since lots of people made other seafood dish, not scallops)

* pasta

* squash

* dessert

* red meat

* potato

* onions

* sour cream

* garlic

* sausage

* traditional dish from your or your SO's country

* ?

maybe bananas?

Ooh, I like eggs. It'll be easy to do something with eggs. They are in all kinds of different things, main courses, appetizers, desserts, etc.

does it need to be something where eggs are the main or just something with eggs in it like a custard or cake?

I'm not sure what I'll make with eggs. I usually just fry them for breakfast or boil them for tuna salad. And of course, use them in baking. I'll have to come up with something.
