I wanna get a recipe with my mom and try it one day. I don't know if what she cooks is the same as menudo, but it has tripes in it and it's amazingly good. I just need to wait for hubby to be traveling cuz I know he won't eat it

Well, I made the sausage last night...a BBQ'd sausage as an appetizer for my Top Chef watching party...

I didn't take a picture though...

Cristina and I love Top Chef, although I've been P'O' that Lisa even made it this far...She cooks Asian alright but mediocre at most everything else.

I was glad Stephanie won (my personal favorite) even though I thought Richard did a better job during the whole series of shows....
