are we going to do an ingredient this week or did we all just give up?

if we do something for this week maybe we could have a do whatever you want and tell us what you made

Well, I made the sausage last night...a BBQ'd sausage as an appetizer for my Top Chef watching party...

I didn't take a picture though... :bonk:

how about a traditional dish from your or your SO's country? There's surely something for everyone there!

P.S. can I join in - I'd be making soda bread and Irish smoked salmon :star:

traditional dish? mhh

I got lost on this thread since I was on vacation. I didn't know the ingredient was sausage so I didn't buy any on my weekly shopping trip. I'm in for next week though. A traditional dish would work for me. I'm always making Mexican food so it won't be hard for me to do one.

A traditional dish for the UK would be a curry... LOL I could DO that, but that's too much effort. How 'bout a chip butty and pint of beer...? LOL

My thoughts exactly Sister. He always comes in here with his .02 worth when we're trying to decide but he never offers any suggestions nor has he participated. Anytime he wants to make a legitimate suggestion and participate he's more than welcome. Then he'll have the right to complain about other suggestions. :D

Please don't. Just take my word for it. It's disgustingly nasty. It tastes like $hit smells.
