well since I cook pretty much everything with garlic, it's easy enough for me :P

what did u do with sour cream, sister fracas?

nothing... I used Greek yogurt to make tzatziki...does that count? LOL

Yeah, garlic is an easy ingredient for me too.

we had it twice last weekend. Saturday, fajitas and Sunday baked potato with sour cream and bacon.

This weekend's ingredient could be something very simple, since lots of you guys will be travelling, you'll probably not worry about cooking. How about garlic?

saturday was soft tacos, not fajitas.......

they're all the same. One has ground beef and the other has bigger sized beef, what's the difference really? Plus we eat with burrito tortilla so I'll call it burritos from now on.

Whats are brazilians known for in their cuisine? BBQ Meat?

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

recipe reviews (10) my notes Collards are normally associated with long, slow cooking, but cutting them into thin strips reduces cooking time dramatically. The result is a bright, lively flavor that will make you realize these greens are more versatile than most people think.

Servings: Makes 4 servings

Ingredients1 1/4 pound collard greens, stems and center ribs discarded and leaves halved lengthwise

3 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon olive oil

PreparationStack half of collard leaves and roll into a cigar shape. Cut crosswise into very thin strips (1/16 inch wide). Repeat with remainder.

Mince and mash garlic to a paste with 3/4 teaspoon salt. Heat oil in a 12-inch heavy skillet over medium heat until it shimmers, then cook garlic, stirring, 30 seconds. Add collards with 1/4 teaspoon pepper and cook, tossing, until just tender and bright green, 3 to 4 minutes.
