I love olives but I don't have a clue what to cook with them. Corn sounds good although I never eat corn. Maybe I could find a good recipe for corn.

Edited to add: Melon would be good too but I can't really find a good melon right now. Watermelons are $6 here.

the only thing I have against tomato right now is they're still not at their best yet but if everyone else agrees we can do it :) I love to pick tomatoes from the garden and just eat them right then.

Pedro, you have to remember some of us live in the boonies where we can't get certain ingredients. No banana leaves, avocado leaves, or peyote around here.

dude boone is full of mexican stores, of course you can find banana leaves

Dude, they don't have them because I've looked. I wanted to make tamales with banana leaves. No Mexican store around here carries them. I'm telling you, this place sucks. If I found some banana leaves that's exactly what I would do with them, make tamales. There is nothing better than a tamale in a banana leaf.
