this is a very easy and good recipe for tiramisu i use it all the time and it doesn't require anything special

this recipe looks nice and simple...

i have never made tiramisu before but I might have to try it one day...

i was just looking and it looks like it uses raw eggs....

ok since its dessert week I am going to HAVE to join in. I want to every week but with a 12 year old and a baby and a picky husband, well, they are all lucky they eat at all ever :P . but that zucchini beef casserole looks great, Fracas your stuffed squash makes me want to come to your house for dinner and all this talk of tiramisu is almost too much.

SO. I think I will make some kind of cake, our maybe I can dig out my granny's old recipe for homemade chocolate pudding. mmmmmm.

My tiramisu is done. I found that wine, marsala, only 1 bottle 7$ no idea if it's a good wine or not, there were no other options, oh well. They say leave in the fridge over night, I finished cooking at 1400 so I guess I'll only try it tomorrow.

I took a couple of pictures, one of my improvised double boiler thingy :lol: and one of the dessert. I wanna take a picture when I cut it so you can see the layers.
